Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Returns sent without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@marabelleboutique.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your eligible item for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
